Returned to morning practices for the first time since last Monday, I felt very good. John is still set on beating me in the 800. That's really all there is to say about that.

Tough workout in the afternoon. Intervals on the track: 1x600, 3x400, 2x300, 4x200. The times were really fast, definitely the fastest workout we've done this season. We had a bit longer recovery, although it didn't feel like my heartrate was going down at all in between reps. Pretty tough stuff. Coach said it was supposed to shock the system, and let me tell you, it probably sent over 9000 volts through my system. Good workout.

Hey Kale is John like 800 speed or 2 mile speed for one? And good luck this week.

We don't really know what he is honestly, haha. Coach kind of wants him to do the 2 mile but he wants to beat me in the 800. I guess we'll see though. And good luck to you too!
