9.13 total in the morning for the workout. Had to do it earlier by myself because of a group project later. The workout was supposed to be 16x400 w/90 sec rest around the same pace as last week, but I was only able to do 12 because of the time. Felt a little more tired than last week so the pace was a couple seconds slower. I hit 68, 69, 69, 68, 69, 68, 69, 69, 68, 69, 69, 67 for the 12.
