Made a split decision to take a test an hour before practice because I was going to have stuff going on after practice. Didn't finish in time so I ended up doing the workout on my own again. I did 2x(600, 400, 300, 200, 100), everything at 64 second 400 pace w/equal distance recovery jog. Rainy and windy but I was pretty close to the times for most of the intervals. First set was 1:37, 66, 49, 32 16. Second set was 1:41, 65, 49, 32, 15. Did a couple miles cool down and called it at that. Felt pretty tired today.
