3 in the morning to Hidden Valley. 2.5 mile warm up then 8x500m hill repeats w/equal recovery and a 1 mile cool down in the afternoon. The repeats were supposed to be at a pretty hard pace. We eased into it a little and went hard for the first 5, then picked it up for the next 2, and all out on the last one. It was a good effort from all the guys today and we really pushed it. We will probably get a couple more hill workouts in in the next couple weeks to get ready for Footlocker. I'm excited to see what I can do in my last race of the season, last year I PRed on the 3 mile course so we'll see what happens this year!
