Usual easy 3 in the morning to Hidden Valley. 6 miles in the afternoon (1 mile warm up, 4xMcGruff's revenge, 4x1000 on the track w/ 200 recovery jog, 1 mile cool down). Solid workout today, my shins felt a little weird at the start but felt fine on the 1000s. I iced them afterwards and they're feeling good right now. 5 days until Footlocker regionals!!
