Short-Term Running Goals:
I returned on Sep 5, 2017 from serving as a full-time missionary in Chile for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Right now my main focus is to get back into shape!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Finish off my college running career as an NCAA all-american, then get a solid 5 years of marathon/ultramarathon competition in. Fake my own death, then come back as a gym-rat body-builder. #gains
Born and raised in St. George, UT. Desert Hills High School alumnus. Returned missionary of the Chile-Rancagua Mission. UVU cross country/track and field.
No morning run.
In the afternoon we did our mile time trial. My time wasn't very fast, but I didn't run very smart. I think I'm still in XC mode and just didn't push myself like I would in a 1600m race.
3 in the morning.
In the afternoon we ran the ridge. I haven't been up there in a while so it was pretty fun. Legs felt alright.
Workout in the morning, we met up at BHNP and warmed up to Webb Hill for some 30 second repeats. Not too bad, pretty cold though.
6 miles before lots of turkey and pie.
7 miles for our fartlek workout with Tanner and Sage at BHNP in the morning. Way too cold for me.
6 around noon. Felt good.
