Grew up in St. George, UT where I ran at Desert Hills High School from 2012-2015. I spent the next 2 years in Rancagua, Chile as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 

Senior and member of the men's track and cross country teams at Utah Valley University. President/Founder of Mongoose Elite.

Went and ran Barrel Roll with some of the team this morning because of Labor Day. Fun trail, and it was nice to do our longer run in the morning.

3 easy in the morning to the bridge.

Went to Little Valley park in the afternoon for the workout. 6x800 w/2:30 recovery, 4x400 w/equal recovery. It was hot, but I felt good. Good workout from the guys today. Then I went to the region course to watch the rest of the team run in the Dixie Invite. Brutal course, but they all toughed it out. Good stuff.

3 easy in the morning to the Spectrum.

6.5 out towards Sunriver in the afternoon, nice and toasty outside today. Afterwards, we all went into Coach's room and talked about some pretty exciting stuff. It was really motivating, and a reminder that I need to be doing everything I can to help our team accomplish the goals we set.

3 easy in the morning to Hidden Valley. 

Went out to Warner Valley for the workout in the afternoon. 30 minutes tempo, we started out pretty easy and kept it on cruise control for the first 15 minutes then dropped the pace every 5 minutes for the next 15 minutes. Good workout, we pushed he last 5 minutes and finished strong as a group. Great stuff from the guys.

3 easy in the morning around my house. Had to run earlier because I drove this morning for drivers ed. I decided that I should probably get my liscense because I'm a senior and stuff. 

3.5 easy in the afternoon with 6x100m strides afterwards. Pretty easy day today so we can crush the workout tomorrow.

Michigan workout today!!! Pretty sweet workout. The workout is 5.5 miles total. It starts out with a 1600 on the track (5:12), then we go to the road for a mile (all of these were between 5:40 and 5:45), back to the track for a 1200 (3:48), mile on the road, 800 on the track (2:27), mile on the road, then everything you have left in the tank for an all out 400 on the track (:57, if you run under 60 seconds, Coach buys you dinner!), w/1:00 rest between each intreval. Solid work from the team today. It's a killer workout, but the guys dug deep and knocked it out of the park. Good week of training with some solid workouts. No race this week, so we will be hungry for competition next Saturday at BYU.
