Fun run 5k today at Hansen Stadium. Got there and saw Jaren and Kris so we did a 2 mile warm up over to the temple and back. I felt good through the start, I ran with Finch, Kris, Tommy, and a few other PV kids for the first mile, but they got away a little on the uphill. Overall it was a good race, I was only 7 seconds behind Kris, but he's been gone for a little bit so he wasn't 100 percent. But the gradual uphills killed me in this race, I need to work on my strength so I can power through them.

I'm not sure if the time I posted is right, my satellites were still loading when they started the race so I wasn't able to start my watch until about 150 meters later. So I'm just putting the time they wrote down by my name after the race.

Hit the trails for 7.25 miles afterwards with Ben and Josh out by Car-Crash Ridge.

Kale,

Another solid week down. You would have gone faster if you did not have a big workout yesterday. Keep it up!
